Kevin Knox doesn’t believe Michael Jordan is the GOAT
New York Knicks star rookie Kevin Knox sat down to do an interview with Complex and was asked who the greatest basketball player of all-time is.
At first Knox said himself. Then he said, himself and Golden State Warriors superstar Kevin Durant.
Knox was asked where Michael Jordan falls on his list and he replied, “Kevin Durant first, then LeBron James, then Michael Jordan.”
Unfortunately, due to the fact that Knox wasn’t around to watch how great Jordan was, he believes that both Durant and James are better than the GOAT.
All Knicks’ fans that followed the team in the 1990’s know just how great Jordan is after watching him crush their dreams year in and year out during the playoffs.
Knox does know some Knicks history. He revealed that he chose the number 20 because both five and 23 were taken and that it’s a good number because Allan Houston wore it.
During Knox’s interview with Complex, he was also asked whether or not he can help the Knicks grab their first championship in 55 years.
“I feel like that’s something we can definitely do in the next five years,” Knox said.
It would be great if Knox could help the Knicks grab an NBA title, but right now, that’s a pipe dream.
For all of you sneaker heads reading this, Knox says he will probably wear orange custom Puma Clyde Court Disrupts for his first official regular season game a member of the Knicks.
