Knicks fans want Kevin Durant
The New York Knicks have been heavily linked to possibly signing Golden State Warriors star forward Kevin Durant next summer when a report came out stating that he’s interested in heading to the Big Apple.
As you can see in the photo below, a billboard is now up outside the main entrance of Madison Square Garden with images of Durant and Kristaps Porzingis along with the Larry O’Brien Trophy.
The billboard includes the hashtag #KDNY2019 and was paid for by NYCADSCO.com.

The billboard is in the same place that the one recruiting LeBron James was last season.
The difference between recruiting James and Durant i that the Knicks seem to have a real shot at landing their best player since Patrick Ewing.
Durant’s brother even hinted at a possible exit with a recent Instagram comment after Kevin received his championship ring from last season.
Durant and the Warriors will be in town on Friday for a game against the Knicks and I’m sure Durant will see the billboard before he steps foot outside The Garden due to the media attention that it’s already stirring up.
The Knicks need Durant more than he needs them. But he could become a legend in the biggest city in the country if he plays for the Knicks and helps them win an NBA title.
