Kevin Knox will be back in a few days
New York Knicks’ rookie Kevin Knox just returned to practice on Tuesday as he continues to recover from a sprained ankle that he suffered against the Boston Celtics two weeks ago.
Marc Berman of the NY Post says that Knox is expected to make his return this Monday against the Chicago Bulls.
If you’re looking to bear witness to Kevin Knox’s first game back from a left ankle sprain, buy a ticket for the Garden on Monday.
The Knicks return from their two-game road trip to face the Bulls on Monday, and if all goes well, he’ll likely play his fourth game of the season.
While I don’t expect Knox to start when he comes back, since he hasn’t started all year, it will be interesting to see which player loses minutes with his return. Right now I have my money on Lance Thomas seeing more time on the bench due to the fact that he’s been a liability.
Prior to Knox’s injury, Damyean Dotson didn’t see the floor, but he’s done nothing but put up double digit points with Knox out. So it would be a mistake to sit him down because of how much he’s been helping as a starter.
Comment below and tell us how you think Knox will do when he gets back.
