Will Noah Vonleh be traded before the deadline?Embed from Getty Images
A recent report came out that states that NBA teams are interested in New York Knicks forward Noah Vonleh and are ready to make a move for him once he becomes a free agent this summer.
Well, it looks like the Philadelphia 76ers are interested in acquiring Vonleh now, according to Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News.
Vonleh would certainly help the Sixers with his defensive ability, but he still won’t solve their three point shooting problems. Nonetheless, they need to make some moves for a possible playoff run.
I would love to know what Philly is willing to part with for Vonleh. The Knicks will certainly be unwilling to take on a player with a contract that goes past this season.
Getting something like a second round pick for Vonleh would be nice for New York given the fact that most likely will not be re-signing with the Knicks give the fact that they need to save as much as they can in order to sign a free agent to a max contract.
There’s not one player on the Sixers’ roster that is worth trading for, of course other than their top three players in Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid and Jimmy Butler.
If you were running the Knicks, what would you ask for in return for Vonleh? Feel free to comment below.
