Kevin Durant to the Knicks continues to look promising
While New York Knicks’ fans shouldn’t get their hopes up when it comes to Kevin Durant leaving the Golden State Warriors for the Big Apple, it continues to look like there is a good chance that he will in fact come east.
Sam Amick of The Athletic went on FS1’s The Herd With Colin Cowherd on Wednesday and said that he believes Durant will leave the Warriors.
.@ColinCowherd: "I don't see [Kevin Durant] leaving Golden State. Do you?@sam_amick: "Right now, I do… His people have gone around the league and talked in pretty alarming terms about the New York possibility. That's why we're talking about it so much." pic.twitter.com/InYkFPoq9y

“Right now, I do,” Amick said when asked if he thinks Durant will leave.“… His people have gone around the league and talked in pretty alarming terms about the New York possibility. That’s why we’re talking about it so much.”
The Knicks also seem to be confident about their chances of landing Durant.
Amick also said something very interesting when it comes to Durant’s business manager who is a Knicks fan. He believes New York will give him a job within the organization just so they can sign Durant.
I certainly wouldn’t put it past James Dolan and the Knicks to do something like that.
Frank Isola is The Athletic mentioned on Tuesday that the Warriors still don’t know whether Durant is going to opt out this summer.
All we can do is wait and see what Durant does three months from now.
